Returns & Refund Policy for Garden of Prints

At Garden of Prints, we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds. This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through our website www.gardenofprints.com, a clothing brand based in Kota, Rajasthan, India.

1. Return and Refund Eligibility Returns and refunds are applicable only for products that were not delivered, have wear and tear, or are defective. Please read the following conditions:

Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your order or if it was lost in transit, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement. Damaged Goods: If you receive products with visible damage (e.g., wear and tear, manufacturing defects, etc.), we will accept returns and offer a refund or replacement.

Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or style), you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

Note: Returns or refunds will not be accepted for items that are worn, used, or washed, unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Sale or discounted items are also non-returnable unless they are faulty.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund If you meet the conditions for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Your order number The item(s) you wish to return A description of the issue (e.g., item damaged, wrong product delivered, etc.) Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will review your case and send you a Return Authorization email with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipment: If your return request is approved, carefully pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided in the Return Authorization email. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Time Frame: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a used or altered condition (not due to damage or defect), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.

4. Non-Refundable Items Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

5. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Your order number Clear photos of the damage or defect Once we receive this information, we will initiate a full refund or provide a replacement, at no additional cost to you. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or damaged.
