Cancellation Policy for Garden of Prints

At Garden of Prints, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you need to cancel your order, we are here to help. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process for canceling orders placed on our website www.gardenofprints.com, a clothing brand based in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
1. Cancellation by Customer
You can request to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Time Frame for Cancellation: Cancellation requests are only valid within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we may have already processed and packed your order, and cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation Confirmation: If your cancellation request is successful, we will send you a confirmation email with the details. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it, but you may still return the item once it is delivered.
2. Cancellation by Garden of Prints
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
Product Availability: If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable.
Payment Issues: If there are any issues with the payment process or authorization.
Incorrect Information: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if fraud is suspected.
If we need to cancel your order for any of these reasons, we will notify you immediately via email or phone and provide a full refund for the canceled order.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refund Process: If your order is canceled successfully, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds: If the cancellation is requested after the product has been dispatched but before delivery, we will not be able to refund shipping charges. The refund will only cover the cost of the product.
4. Return of Delivered Items
If you wish to cancel the order after it has been delivered, you may initiate a return as per our Return & Exchange Policy. Products can only be returned under specific conditions (e.g., damaged items, wrong product shipped). Return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
